Mainview for E-Business Management provides Web server monitoring and management, Web site usage analysis, transaction processing monitoring and database connectors for the OS/390 platform from IBM to comprehensively monitor and improve the service delivered to end-users of web-enabled mainframe applications.
Service Assurance Centre for E-business is a combination of methodology, products and services specifically designed to optimise and extend the company`s promise to ensure business availability. It provides an end user-oriented, application- and business-focused view of service management that reduces the time to value and increases the value of e-business management more rapidly.
