Bristol-Myers Squibb Chooses IBM

IBM Philippines has signed a 10-year $324 million outsourcing agreement with Bristol-Myers Squibb to "transform and support" the company's global human resource (HR) functions, reports Computerworld.

IBM's Human Resource and Finance & Administration centre will provide compensation, benefits, recruiting, learning, payroll administration, call-centre support and related IT systems services to Bristol-Myers Squibb.

It will also implement an SAP solution and integrate Bristol-Myers Squibb's global workforce data into one portal that can be accessed by employees, managers and HR professionals around the globe.

GalaxE.Solutions, a company involved in designing and deploying business processes and decision support systems, and Siperian, developers of a master data management platform, have entered into an enterprise business alliance agreement, reports FOX Business.
