BULA adds CommerceQuest to the group

BULA Holdings, a black empowered solutions provider in the ICT sector, today announced the acquisition of a majority ownership of CommerceQuest SA.

Integration specialist CommerceQuest SA has been in operation since 1997 and provides IT systems integration and middleware solutions, specialising in the IBM software solution space.

"BULA has always invested in the opportunity of adding depth to our solutions, services and infrastructure business. We identified a definite synergy between the BULA and CommerceQuest SA businesses.

"Previously clients could only get a total solution by engaging with various partners.
