Olver, in her capacity as Deputy CEO, is responsible for working with the CEO to drive the overall business strategy, and as Group Executive: Services, she is responsible for ensuring the success of the cloud computing strategy and positioning Business Connexion Services Division as the number one proudly South African ICT services integrator, enabling our client's businesses globally where relevant. On being leaders in ICT
"South African leaders cannot solve today's problems with yesterday's outdated solutions," says Olver. "As an emerging economy, South African leaders have to cultivate a culture of integrity, consultation and empowerment. An active learning environment and providing employees with the opportunities to acquire new skills is at the top of our list at Business Connexion in ensuring we remain leaders in our industry."
