Business Connexion recently achieved Gold status as an Avaya business partner and is making a huge splash by gaining market share at a rapid pace.
Jan Kuhn, Avaya product manager at Business Connexion, says the company is winning new business and even gaining business from competitors because of the value proposition it is offering its clients around new and existing technologies.
"Avaya is one of the leading vendors supplying software and integrated voice solutions to contact centres worldwide. Their contact centre solutions deliver call routing capabilities for contact centres of virtually any size and are in use in over 90% of the Fortune 500 companies," he says.
He adds that while there are a number of ICT integrators playing in the contact centre space in the South African market, "few have the ability to deliver tailored solutions that aim to add the most value to any contact centre installation".
He says it is through client-specific solutions, commitment and quality service that Business Connexion has differentiated itself as a major player in the contact centre market, drawing on the strengths of its numerous technology partners, including Avaya.
In addition, Kuhn and Business Connexion senior client engineer, Dion van Niekerk, were recently accredited as Avaya Certified Experts in the Technical line (ACE-T), considered the highest Avaya accreditation attainable.
"This is a milestone announcement for Business Connexion," says Kuhn, "because we are amongst the first ACE-Ts accredited in SA, which puts us in a good position to offer specialised skills to our clients."
Kuhn maintains this accreditation will help bolster Business Connexion`s already-growing reputation as the most promising Avaya technology integrator, for converged and IP telephony-base contact centres, in a market that demands almost immediate value from technology investments.
