Business Connexion has been named the top Microsoft South Africa Licensing Partner of the Year, has made the top 50 Large Account Resellers in Europe, Middle East and Africa list, and has grown rebated revenue by 65%.
This is the third year running that Business Connexion has won the local award for top performing Microsoft partner.
"Business Connexion has had a phenomenally successful year in terms of its enterprise licensing revenue, growing the business over an already good year prior year," says Amory Gordon, Enterprise Partner Group manager at Microsoft South Africa.
"Our strategy has been to show how Microsoft software can work for the customer," says Isaac Mophatlane, Sales Director at Business Connexion. "It is not reactive marketing that says customers must have it because it is the newest; it is based on customer evaluations of how and where the solutions add value to business; and mechanisms that protect and leverage investments in technology."
He adds: "Because we understand the Microsoft licensing model, working closely with Microsoft South Africa we can properly advise our customers and place them in a favourable position with regard to the cost of incremental upgrades."
Business Connexion focuses on unlocking efficiencies and profits through the innovative application of Microsoft technology and software, often leveraging existing technology investments.
"Our core business focuses on Microsoft licensing, the roll-out of Microsoft infrastructure, the deployment of Microsoft technology to facilitate the design and construction of business solutions and the ongoing managed support of Microsoft elements in the business," concludes Mophatlane.
