Business Connexion was recently awarded two gold solutions partner certifications by Nortel - LAN (PP 8600, BPS & Baystack) and Customer Interaction (Symposium) - making it the only Nortel partner in SA to achieve this accolade.
"Being the only partner in SA to achieve two Nortel gold certifications shows Business Connexion`s commitment to Nortel. This includes investing in the necessary skills and lab / demo equipment to enable us to fulfil our clients` expectations from presales, design, architecture, consultancy, implementation and post sales support," says Chris Pretorius, Nortel product manager at Business Connexion.
As part of Nortel`s on-going commitment to develop programmes that address the business needs of its channel partners, Nortel`s partner programme has been re-designed to provide a range of new business and revenue opportunities.
"The new partnership model will be invoked to ensure that when a business partner such as Business Connexion achieves accreditation, customers know that Business Connexion has all the necessary resources and capabilities to successfully integrate solutions from Nortel," says Logan Pather, country manager: Nortel South Africa.
In addition to its gold certifications, Business Connexion holds the following certifications from Nortel: Sales Partner for SME IP Telephony (BCM), Solutions Partner for Content Networking (Application Switch), Solutions Partner for Secure Networking (Switched Firewall/Threat Protection) and Solutions Partner for Meridian Voice (Meridian 1).
