Business Connexion (BCX), formerly Comparex Africa, has been recognised as one of the top VCON audio and video conferencing solutions providers worldwide. The award was made recently at VCON`s annual European sales conference in Salzburg, Austria.
In making the award for sales and service excellence, VCON vice-president Joseph Daniels singled out BCX for the work it had done in East Africa and, most notably, Ethiopia.
In Ethiopia, Business Connexion has deployed a video conferencing over IP solution comprising 635 endpoints and two bridges for the minister of capacity building. The solution provides for point-to-point and multi-point conferences, streaming content and video on demand. The solution also provides for central management of the endpoints from the capital, Addis Ababa.
