A comprehensive library of standard business forms - such as delivery notes, invoices and job cards - as well as examples of correspondence, such as a credit limit letter, notice of a dishonoured cheque and a letter disputing the balance reflected by the on a statement - can now be downloaded free of charge off the .

The library, which currently contains over 45 items, can be found linked to the 'Handy Business Forms` icon on www.psiberpay.co.za and is part of the country`s first web-based payroll and staff administration system.

The site was developed by design and development company PSIber Works and provides visitors with the opportunity to view and download forms, procedures and information to help the small businessman manage people in the workplace on a day-to-day basis.

In another section, the site offers SMEs the facility to run their payrolls and manage their employee record-keeping online through two products: PSIber Pay and PSIber Staff. Based on a do-it-yourself concept, and pay-as-you-go basis, PSIber Pay represents a new approach to traditional payroll processing.

"The majority of small and medium businesses are managed by their owners, who also need to attend to the day-to-day running of the company," says PSIber Works CEO, Rob Nowicki. "With PSIber Pay and PSIber Staff, the owner can harness the power of the Internet to facilitate and streamline all aspects of personnel and payroll administration.

"In fact, because the data resides on the PSIber Works` server, they can access it from the office using the business desktop PC or from home, over the weekend, using a laptop or home based PC. Best of all, there`s no upfront fees, no software maintenance fees, no ongoing upgrade costs, and no payroll fees payable for any use they make of the service until July.

"And now, with the inclusion of Handy Business Forms, the site will save even more time and money," says Nowicki. "By downloading and then simply modifying our examples of business correspondence, the small businessman will no longer have to spend hours agonising about the best way to phrase his correspondence -as we`ve done it for him."
