Business Objects announces BusinessObjects Knowledge Accelerator

Business Objects, the world`s leading provider of business intelligence (BI) solutions, recently announced the local availability of a new Web-based learning product, BusinessObjects Knowledge Accelerator.

The product provides a cost-effective way to train users on Business Objects intelligence solutions and includes relevant tutorials as well as reference materials to provide self-service training.

"Over the past couple of years, we have seen more and more local companies viewing BI as a strategic businesses imperative, standardising on Business Objects across the enterprise. This often results in roll-outs to large numbers of users situated all over SA, often in rather remote locations. This allows end-users to focus on the products, features and concepts that are relevant to them. Knowledge Accelerator can also be customised with the customer`s data, the look and feel of the customer`s deployment, or with specific workflows.

BusinessObjects Knowledge Accelerator allows companies to quickly deploy out-of-the-box educational tools on a variety of Business Objects products via an intranet, server, or on a CD. This means that training is delivered directly to the user`s desktop, giving them the flexibility they need to learn when and where it best suits them.
