Nakatomi has entered the South African market, focusing on process efficiency, technology and project management solutions.
Nakatomi offers transformation, business process enhancement, efficiency and change management skills to assist customers to develop focused business and effective management strategies in a continuously improving environment, the company says.
"The changing business landscape in SA is fuelled by factors such as de-regulation, shareholder activism, corporate governance directives and regulatory risk and compliance demands, as well as the consolidation of business interests and ownership," says CEO Tom Marx.
"Business process enhancement is inevitable in SA as organisations identify it as a potential source of additional revenue. It is critical that these organisations are able to map out their business processes in order to determine those areas where duplication and wastage occur as well as explore new ways of achieving their goals," says Lot Ndlovu, chairman of Nakatomi.
"We are determined to mark our entry into market by putting employment equity into practice," says Ndlovu. "One of the primary aims within the business is to build the skills levels of our employees, particularly those from previously disadvantaged backgrounds."
