Hard copy can easily be scanned into digital documents and distributed via e-mail or USB memory devices, as well as directly to office desktop applications, improving office efficiency. Special software to convert scanned documents to editable files is standard and an ID copy feature allows copying of both sides of an ID document onto a single side of paper.
Ease-of-use features include a USB memory port, an automatic document feeder, allowing up to 50 sheets of paper for a single job, a standard 150-sheet paper tray feeding paper of 60-163gsm and a single sheet bypass tray for heavy paper, envelopes, labels, postcards and other custom-sized media.
