Bytes Communication Systems to glean IT dynamic skills from Paris

Johannesburg, 18 Feb 2009

Bytes Communication Systems, local premier partner of Alcatel-Lucent, is sending a team comprising staff and customers to the vendor's prestigious Enterprise Forum. The event will take place on 4 and 5 March 2009, at the Palais de Congr`es in Paris, France.

This year will see the annual Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Forum take place for the 19th time, and again live up to expectations to serve as a valuable event for enterprise customers, service providers, distributors, application developers and industry press and analysts.

The agenda for the forum includes specific demos and sessions for targeted industries, esteemed guest speakers in the form of knowledgeable customers, industry experts and analysts as well as panel discussions.

The 2008 forum saw more than 7 400 visitors, as well as 133 journalists from 36 countries and 23 analysts from 13 firms. The anticipation for the 2009 forum is high, with the main theme focusing on giving delegates the tools to transform their businesses into dynamic enterprises.

“Becoming a dynamic enterprise involves many facets of business, from attracting customers to coping with regulations, retaining talent and staying up-to-date with new technologies,” says Richard Menton, product development manager at Bytes Communication Systems.

“By participating in this event Bytes Communications Systems is prioritising its goal of gaining the necessary tools to work dynamically with the Alcatel-Lucent products we currently support in the local market, and in turn better serve our customers.”

The conference programme includes 56 pre-allocated conference slots to cover every solution and aspect of dynamic business. Alongside the valuable insight sessions, the demonstration programme includes no less than 48 interactive demonstrations on dynamic solutions to generate revenue and develop business.

Keynote speakers will also be covering topics on actionable strategies to solve business imperatives. Some of these strategies include controlling costs, speeding up execution and strengthening relationships between customers and businesses.

“Judging from the past Alcatel-Lucent forums, this event will be invaluable in terms of knowledge and skills it provides to its delegates,” ends Menton.
