Bytes Communication Systems uncorks new partner and agent strategy

New value proposition aims to unlock better customer value

Bytes Communication Systems kicked off the month of March in style with a presentation cruise at the exclusive Riviera on Vaal, where it announced to partners and agents its new business strategy going forward.

With enhanced focus on value delivery, the company emphasised that it will continue to build innovative communication solutions, by integrating products, applications and services, creating value for its customers.

The company outlined to partners how they can now tap into its various resources including its product management, channel management, commercial management, credit management, product management and service management divisions.

"We have a good business here, but it is important to ensure that we stay ahead of the competitive curve and it is with this that we continue to fine-tune our service delivery. This is what we needed to communicate to our business partners," says George Isaacson, managing director of Bytes Communication Systems.

The new value proposition is tagged "Giving you the Competitive Edge" and is designed to offer partners and agents better access to the products and services offered by Bytes Communication Systems. The company used the platform to position the extension of its service offerings to partners where it will now share its expertise, experience and resources, transparently - with the aim of creating a true partnership.

"To date, many of our partners have only been exposed to a small subset of our services. Looking ahead, we will now uncork all of these services for partners, to ensure that by giving them access to all of the value we can offer, we can collectively better serve our customers," adds Isaacson.
