Bytes Connect - merged two years ago from three separate companies - has taken the award for Most Improved Company at the annual Altron group awards.
The group awards recognise achievements within its three groups, with six awards given annually.
Bytes Connect MD Andrew Holden attributes this success to collaboration and a shared vision among the management teams. The process of integrating three companies - Bytes Outsource, Bytes Communications and Bytes Intellica - with their 1 250 staff members, and creating a single go-to-market model, was the focus of year one after the merger. Despite this, the new entity showed good growth. By year two, the company was fully focused on ongoing business growth and staying ahead of market trends in a continually evolving environment.
"This award is a pat on the back for the management teams and staff, for their collaborative spirit in line with the culture of the Altron Group," he says.
