Bytes Technology Networks (BTN), a division of the JSE-listed Bytes Technology Group (a member of the Altron Group), has selected Solutional`s Radical Software as the solution to its workflow management requirements.
Brad Fraser, National Financial Director at BTN, was involved in the product selection process. "We chose Radical primarily because of its ease of use and customisability. Although price was not a key selection criterion, Radical`s pricing was extremely favourable in comparison with other solutions that we looked at.
"Due to the ease of customisation and the excellent support provided by Solutional; the product is constantly being adapted in accordance with our ever-changing operating environment. Sometimes it is difficult to know when to stop!" adds Fraser.
Fraser further comments: "Radical has become the front-office desktop application in our organisation. It interfaces and integrates on a two-way basis with our AccPac Accounting Software and our existing Help Desk application. We will continue developing Radical in our organisation, as there is still vast development that we want to do.
"Solutional`s commitment to customise the product to meet our industry-specific needs and the support provided during this process was another factor that played a major part in our decision," Fraser adds.
