Computer Associates International`s (CA) chief security strategist, Ron Moritz, has been appointed co-chair of the Security Across the Software Development Life Cycle Task Force, which will convene at the National Cyber Security Summit, a public-private initiative sponsored by the Department of Homeland Security and leading technology industry associations.
