CA publishes book for PPM customers

Officials with CA Technologies say new features and enhancements help companies drive innovation, transform business and sustain optimum IT and corporate investment portfolios.

According to EFYTimes.com, based on the feedback received by CA Clarity PPM customers and best-practice recommendations made by CA Services field consultants, the book provides a detailed view of each module within CA Clarity PPM to help end-users find answers to basic questions faced in day-to-day PPM operations.

Their objective in writing "Clarity PPM Fundamentals" was to educate end-users by providing them with tried techniques and practices that have been culled from years of customer experience working with the CA Clarity PPM software.
