CallCabinet Atmos wins "best in show" at ITEXPO Miami

Just days after its official launch in South Africa, CallCabinet Atmos - the secure, compliant cloud-based voice logging solution - scooped the "Best in Show" award as the best cloud solution at the prestigious ITEXPO Miami exhibition.

Held at the Miami Beach Convention Centre, in Miami, Florida, the four-day business technology conference and expo featured more than 150 exhibitors demonstrating the latest innovations in Web-based real-time communications (WebRTC), cloud computing, machine-to-machine (M2M), Internet of things (IOT), unified communications, software defined networking (SDN) and network functions virtualisation (NFV).

According to Matthew Balcomb, CEO of Call Cabinet SA, CallCabinet was recognised for its "outstanding contributions to advancing the field of IP communications".

The solution supports logging across multiple PBX sites or branch offices with the ability to search, sort and locate calls within seconds. Customer call data is stored in the cloud across multiple servers and geographical locations.

All recorded calls are 100% compliant and are individually secured and encrypted at source, with a rotating encryption methodology that is unique and specific to each individual call.
