An inaugural meeting has been called to explore the creation of an eDOCS User Group/Forum (formerly known as Hummingbird), networking portal or collaborative workspace, for Southern Africa.
The intention is to establish a vehicle that will enable constructive two-way communications between the various users of eDOCS in Southern Africa and Open Text, as well as between the users themselves.
The initial meeting will be co-ordinated by Shadrack Katuu, the IS Manager for the Nelson Mandela Foundation; and sponsored by IA Systems, the Open Text distributor for eDOCS in Southern Africa.
