Canon expands network

Canon is set to provide EMC content management and archiving products in New Zealand through its dealer network, and directly, under a new partner agreement, states Reseller News.

Initially Canon will focus on sales of EMC's Transactional Content Management, which includes accounts payable automation, contract life cycle management and the Documentum xCelerated Composition Platform.

EMC channel manager Vivienne Larsen says it selected Canon because of its specialisation in enterprise-level document management and because it can cover imaging, document management, business process integration, publishing and storage.
