South African IT consulting, software development, systems implementation and support services group PM Tech Holdings` network hardware division, CCC Systems has expanded its business by opening a branch in KwaZulu-Natal.
Says Michael Leeuwen, director of PM Tech Holdings: "A lot of our customers have branches in Durban. There is, therefore, a real need for a CCC Systems branch that offers hardware, infrastructure and technical expertise and support right at their doorsteps."
The CCC Systems KwaZulu-Natal branch - based in Umhlanga - features predominately technical personnel such as network engineers.
Commenting on CCC Systems in general, Leeuwen says the division`s business has grown three- to four-fold the last year, which is indeed promising when considering the current economic climate.
Earlier this year PM Tech announced plans to expand CCC Systems, enabling the company to more aggressively grow its business in the network hardware arena.
"We are already reaping the benefits and are looking forward to establishing our KwaZulu-Natal branch," he concludes.
The hardware division offers HP/Compaq and IBM server expertise as well as other key network hardware services.
PM Tech Holdings acquired CCC Systems in 1999 from listed organisation CCC Systems, which was originally established in 1990.
