Phonatics, the trusted name in affordable high quality call centre headsets, is proud to announce it is celebrating 10 years of service excellence.
The company, which was built on humble beginnings by its MD Pieter Snyman, has grown into a respected company with a tradition of providing quality headsets at affordable prices.
According to Snyman, the mission for the next 10 years will be to build on the strong relationships it has with its customer base by providing professional advice on headsets, striving for outstanding quality in sales, installations and repairs countrywide and ensuring that prices remain the best in the quality headset market.
Phonatics has grown to one of the most popular and respected companies in the telecommunication peripheral market, especially in the call centre headset environment. It is fortunate to be rated by its clients and dealers as their best supplier. This is a confirmation of its commitment to service excellence!
Over the past 10 years, the company has grown from a small office to a company with branches in Centurion (opened 2008) and Cape Town (opened 2010). Phonatics was appointed as the sole importer of the FreeMate branded products in 2006.
Phonatics has been rated by Seesa as a level 6 BEE contributor and is proud to be a truly South African company. With a strong corporate social responsibility culture, Phonatics is involved with charitable organisations like SAVF Social Services, CANSA SA, Red Cross Society, Heart of Healing and Oeboentoe Children's Home.
As a company, it looks forward to the next 10 years and believes its ties with its customers and the community in which it operates will become even closer.
Its saying is: “It pays in the end to buy the best in the beginning.”
