Cell C customers will be able to purchase the Samsung Galaxy S4 on one of four contracts tailored to meet the needs of smartphone users. On all four packages, Cell C has boosted the included Straight Up data to 1GB.
The device will be available on the Straight Up 100 for R399 per month, which includes 100 minutes, 100 SMSes and 1GB of data, topped up from 100MB.
Customers can purchase a Straight Up 200 package with the S4 for R499 per month, which will include 200 minutes, 200 SMSes and 1GB of data, topped up from 200MB.
The device is also available on the Straight Up 400 and 800 packages for R649 and R899, respectively. The table below details the four available packages.
Cell C CEO Alan Knott-Craig says the operator wanted to offer its smartphone users a bespoke solution that pairs the S4 with a voice and data package. "With the additional data smartphone, users can browse freely and not have to worry about their bill at the end of the month."

The Samsung Galaxy S4 and the associated Cell C packages will be available to customers from 27 April, two days after the official launch by Samsung.
