CELLIT appoints ATIO Corporation as its South African VAR

Johannesburg, 03 Aug 2001

ATIO Corporation has been appointed as a value-added reseller (VAR) for CELLIT Technologies, the leading provider of comprehensive customer interaction management (CIM) solutions.

As the only local VAR, ATIO Corporation, the independent IT services, solutions and systems integration company, now has three best of breed products that focus on the entire call centre market.

The products - CELLIT ContactPro, Interaction Manager and ATIO Call Sequencer - cover the entire contact centre spectrum, offering customers suitable solutions no matter their business needs or cost constraints, says Andre le Roux, MD of the Intelligent Business Solutions division at ATIO.

"As part of the agreement, ATIO Corporation will take over all CELLIT customers, thereby strengthen our positioning in the contact centre market," Le Roux adds.

CELLIT Technologies recently opened a South African office and the ATIO Corporation appointment is a manifestation of its commitment to this market.

CELLIT Technologies country manager Jeremy Hewson says that ATIO Corporation was chosen, not only for its business understanding of contact centres but also for its technical skills and integration capabilities.

"Together, we will provide a powerful solution, combining proven contact centre skills and capabilities from ATIO Corporation with the proven, award-winning customer interaction management (CIM) system from CELLIT," Hewson continues.

CELLIT`s CIM solution incorporates inbound skills-based routing, call blending, outbound predictive dialling, e-mail management, Web chat and collaboration, interactive voice response with voice recognition, voice messaging, contact monitoring, recording and reporting.

CELLIT ContactPro plays an important role in implementing a successful Customer Demand Strategy (CDS), Hewson explains. "By executing a successful CDS, an enterprise`s CIM solution can utilise customer context housed in an e-business application to prioritise and route interactions, to arm the agent with the customer`s history and to insure more consistent and personalised service across all interaction channels."

ContactPro enables an organisation to provide a personalised, consistent customer experience across all interaction channels - voice, fax, e-mail and the Web - and give a single view of the customer across the enterprise.

"ContactPro supports the consumers` growing expectations to conduct business anytime, anywhere and through any medium," Le Roux concludes.
