CensorNet, the complete cloud security company, is investing to increase browsing speed and improved customer services for its Hybrid Web Security customers in southern Africa that will significantly improve user experience.
Anyone using Cloud Link or Cloud Gateway in South Africa will automatically be connected to the extended CensorNet Cloud infrastructure now hosted locally in SA, which means CensorNet's proxyless Web security, and Hybrid Web Security, is a much faster alternative to cloud-based proxies.
CensorNet helps organisations manage the rise of cloud applications in a mobile work environment by providing greater visibility, analysis and control over Internet and application access across all devices.
The new alert function within Cloud Application Control sends out an e-mail to the administrator if a user posts comments on social media that are damaging, libellous or associated with radicalisation.
The extended infrastructure will ensure browsing speeds for Hybrid Web Security customers in southern Africa are increased and that current and future CensorNet customers will be able to make use of the new Cloud Application Control alert function.
"We see South Africa as an important market and that is why we are investing in this area. Our future and current channel partners and our customers will see greatly improved performance as a result of our investment in this important market," says Ed Macnair, CEO, CensorNet.
