Centennial Software, the developer of IT asset discovery and network security solutions, today announced that it has appointed Bytes Systems Integration (BSI), a division of Bytes Technology Group South Africa (Pty) Limited, as distributor for the company`s Discovery and DeviceWall solutions in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Under the terms of the agreement, Bytes will take responsibility for supporting channel partners and end-users in South Africa, representing a significant investment by the distributor both in business development and technical resources.
Centennial and Bytes already work together in other key regions, therefore the appointment reflects a logical extension of a relationship that dates back to 2002.

As part of the new relationship, Bytes will take responsibility for managing and developing the reseller channel for Centennial Software in Sub-Saharan Africa, recruiting and supporting resellers that specialise in delivering IT governance, asset management and security solutions.
