Centravoice, a member of the Centratel group of companies, has announced the winners of the "Siemens Dealer of the Year" Awards.
The annual awards event acknowledges the top resellers of the Siemens HiPath range, namely the HiPath 1100 and HiPath 3000, as well as the overall Dealer of the Year.
This year African Paradigm Communications, trading as One Communications, took top honours, while the HiPath 1100 and 3000 Reseller of the Year 2007 went to SPOC Managed Services and African Paradigm Communications, respectively.
"Undoubtedly, One Communications` highly adaptive sales techniques and their unquenchable drive to deliver the highest standards of service in the industry, through quality of service-based solutions, is the company`s recipe for success," said Charmaine Finniss, managing director of Centravoice.
The Siemens HiPath 1100 is ideally suited to small and medium-sized businesses. It comprises high-end business features that are suitable for a small enterprise`s pockets, while instilling the same professional appearance as a large corporate.
"Not only is it a cost-effective communication solution in terms of price, it is cost-effective to install and to operate, with simplicity of installation and administration through the Windows Service Tool," said Finniss.
Ideally suited to improve productivity for companies with between eight and 50 telephone users, the HiPath 1100 allows for more control and flexibility previously only available for larger communication systems.
Finniss said the HiPath 3000 is designed for businesses that wish to leverage traditional features and reliability of the PBX world with the flexibility and cost reduction of IP communications.
"The 3000 helps customers to manage their costs, improve customer contact and maximise employee effectiveness through one single convergence platform over either traditional or IP networks," she concluded.
The Centratel Group, consisting of three companies, namely Centrafin, Centravoice and Masakhe, is the largest multi-vendor telecommunications distributor in sub-Saharan Africa. The group is committed to telecommunications hardware and software distribution, the provision of least-cost routing and the specialist financing of ICT products and services.
