Dimension Data has appointed a non-executive director.
The company`s board of directors has appointed chartered accountant Peter John Liddiard as a non-executive director with effect from 2 October.
The company`s board previously comprised five executive directors and seven non-executive directors.
Liddiard is a member of the boards of Idion Technology Holdings and the Sail Group. Idion, which recently announced its intention to delist from the JSE after having sold its only material subsidiary to a US-based firm, appointed Liddiard in August 2004.
