Hardware development company Chenbro has appointed Rectron as its sole distributor for SA, which will see the company providing PC hardware such as rackmount chassis and storage kits, thermal solutions, and PC casings (particularly for gaming) to the local marketplace.
Established in 1983, Chenbro specialises in the development of IT products, particularly PC, server and rackmount cases, and has partnered with leading vendors such as Intel, Dell and IBM.
The company also developed the world`s first tower PC and removable motherboard (M/B) tray. Also, Chenbro`s first gaming chassis Game Bomb 1 walked away with the best chassis award for 2003 from Tom`s Hardware review.

With 300 patents, Chenbro`s projects include working with Intel DP Xeon reference system design and SSI specification initiative.
