Chordiant Software, a unified customer relationship management (CRM) solutions specialist, has announced the expansion of its international operations with the establishment of an office in Johannesburg.
This facility will be co-located with Bytes Business Solutions, the South African distributor of Chordiant`s Marketing Director software, and will enable Chordiant to capitalise on its work over the past four years in the South African market

The Johannesburg office will enhance delivery capability in SA, and will be staffed by a combination of experienced CRM professionals from Bytes and Chordiant International, a subsidiary of Chordiant Software.
