Customer relationship management (CRM) solution specialist, Chordiant Software, represented locally by Bytes Business Solutions, has announced the immediate availability of its products on the IBM WebSphere application server platform.
This follows the launch of a new edition of Chordiant`s flagship multi-channel CRM products early this year. Chordiant delivers unified CRM solutions based on its branded platform strategy, Intelligent Customer Interaction Management (ICIM).
"Chordiant`s Global 1000 financial services customers and prospects identified WebSphere as the application server of choice," says Mark Neethling, customer intelligence practice manager at Bytes Business Solutions. "In addition, Chordiant chose IBM WebSphere as the ideal platform for the deployment of its intelligent system, because it provides a unified messaging and development platform that is less complex and less risky."
Says Bill Reedy, vice president, business development for WebSphere, IBM Software Group: "The enablement of Chordiant 5 for IBM WebSphere will provide businesses with sophisticated solutions for managing their customer relationships."
Built on Chordiant`s JX Architecture (J2EE + XML), Chordiant 5 applications enable B2C enterprises to deliver consistent, efficient and effective customer interactions in the retail banking, insurance and financial services industries. The platform further leverages existing investments - both inside the enterprise and beyond. IBM WebSphere Application Server Version 4.0 is a Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition application server, integrating enterprise data and transactions with the e-business world. It provides a rich, e-business application deployment environment with a complete set of application services, including capabilities for high performance, fail-over and scalability.
