Following a successful iForum event in Scotland last month, Citrix iForum Africa 2005 is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 20 July, at Vodaworld in Midrand, Johannesburg.
iForum, Citrix`s annual global event, has already taken place in the UK and Germany this year, with Australia`s kicking off the day after SA`s event and the US iForum taking place in October. iForum is aimed at channel and vendor partners, IT administrators and developers, IT managers and directors as well as business decision-makers.
"Over the years, iForum has become a meeting of minds within the industry. Our aim for the event is to assist and advise delegates in the decision-making process, in relation to their companies` unique access requirements. Through various tracks customised to different audiences, we will examine all matters relating to the supply and demand of information in today`s organisations, including the where, why and what information is accessed as well as what devices are used, says Chris Norton, managing director of Citrix Southern Africa.
The one-day event will offer three track sessions with a number of topics within each session, namely:
* Business performance
The value of an access strategy
You don`t buy an adaptive enterprise, you build one - presented by platinum sponsor, HP
