City of Oulu has expanded the usage of QPR ProcessGuide software in mapping processes of the City of Oulu and the neighboring counties. According to the agreement signed between Oulu Information Technology and QPR Software, QPR ProcessGuide software will be used by the City of Oulu as well as by the nine counties neighboring Oulu (Hailuoto, Haukipudas, Kempele, Kiiminki, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, Oulunsalo and Tyrn"av"a).
Mapping, improving and communicating processes with QPR ProcessGuide has proved to be an efficient and effective way to improve operations based on the experience gained by the City of Oulu and the counties in Oulu region during 2003.
"Mapping processes collaboratively with the personnel using QPR ProcessGuide has enabled us to improve our operations beyond unit and county boundaries. Better operational efficiency helps us to provide even better and more cost-effective services to the people in the Oulu region." summarizes Ms Katriina Puhakka, Director in charge of Research and Development in the City of Oulu.
QPR ProcessGuide is a software for mapping, improving and communicating business processes. QPR ProcessGuide is a part of QPR 7 software suite.
