Cognos, a business intelligence (BI) and performance management solutions vendor, recently announced the winners of its 2007 Global Partner awards.
With close to 120 awards, Cognos recognised partners from across North America, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and EMEA for excelling at innovation, influence and thought-leadership in performance management. The winners were announced at the Partner Summit Awards ceremony held this week at the Global Partner Summit as part of Cognos Forum 2007.

Highlighted categories and winners of the Global Partner awards include:
Global System Integrator Partner of the Year: BearingPoint. BearingPoint was selected as Global SI Partner of the Year because of its commitment to Cognos training and certification, leadership in recommending Cognos to its customers and extensive investment in developing industry-focused solutions.
Last year, BearingPoint was Cognos' fastest growing GSI partnership and the firm helped co-develop the Cognos 8 migration methodology, which is emblematic of BearingPoint's depth of understanding and commitment to Cognos.
Global Technology Partner of the Year: Teradata.
