Cointel, leading value added service provider and the largest m-commerce billing company in South Africa, had been made a business partner of the Automobile Association (AA) of South Africa.
Making One Number Corporate available to the AA, has led to a consolidation of emergency and non-emergency services, so that AA customers need to only dial one number - 082 16 111. Their call is then routed to a trained consultant via a skills based routing system. The system is based on an Intelligent Voice Routing Platform.
AA Commercial Director, Karen Bryden said, "We partnered with Cointel because of their expertise in the mobile commerce industry. One Number Corporate has increased the efficiency of our call centre and helped us to manage the 110 000 emergency calls received each month. In addition to this there are 38 000 non-emergency calls"
