PMI convenes in Malta

Project Management Institute (PMI), a member association for the project management profession, will convene in the island nation of Malta at the PMI Global Congress 2008-EMEA from 19 to 21 May, according to Newswire.

The three-day event will be held at the Hilton Hotel in Malta, and it will offer opportunities for project managers to learn about worldwide trends as they apply to everyday decisions.

"Organisations around the world are feeling the competitive pressures that come with globalisation, such as schedule compression, shorter time-to-market windows and managing in longer and longer ," said Gregory Balestrero, CEO of PMI.

ESI hosts PM seminar
