At IBM`s recent "Power of Partnership Awards Banquet", CommerceQuest South Africa picked-up two awards from its principal.
The Banquet was hosted by IBM South Africa and paid tribute to the top performing IBM Partners across the country. CommerceQuest South Africa was nominated in two categories; the Top Performer Award and PartnerWorld categories. The awards were awarded for performances during the year 2000.
Mark Harris, MD for IBM South Africa presented the awards. Hennie du Plessis won as a Top Performer for his outstanding achievements in service and commitment to the IBM products during 2000 as a CommerceQuest team member. He has been invited to join an exclusive group excursion to Buenos Aires during March, together with 27 other well deserving IBM Business Partners` Top Performers.
CommerceQuest South Africa also won the Top IBM Software GMB Revenue Award. This award is based on top GMB revenue for IBM Software Products. 3 nominations were received in this category, with CommerceQuest South Africa emerging as the final winner. The award was received by Sales and Marketing Manager, Alex Steyn, who will be attending the ParterWorld Conference in Atlanta, USA as a result. Globally, only 9 business partners were recognised in these PartnerWorld Award categories, making CommerceQuest South Africa achievement so much more significant.
