South African e-business solutions company commerceSWITCH, a subsidiary of Nasdaq-listed Web services company eSynergies, has announced the formation of Saqqara Professional Services to complement its Saqqara e-commerce product range.
commerceSwitch is the exclusive South African reseller of content management and cataloguing specialist Saqqara Systems.
Through Saqqara Professional Services, commerceSwitch can now offer its customers the benefits of a wide array of service from consulting, product content services, technical support and training, to Web hosting via commerceSwitch Hosting Services.
Professional Services complements commerceSwitch`s portfolio of solutions for e-commerce and completes its outsourced e-commerce offering by providing a consulting and process management component to its Web hosting and application service provider (ASP) components, says commerceSwitch MD Philip de Bruin.

commerceSWITCH`s Saqqara Professional Services has two offerings: Product Content Consulting and Product Content Services.
* Product Content Consulting offers fast preparation of a company`s product content to enable seamless e-commerce exchange with customers and trading partners -- with no additional investment in infrastructure.
* Product Content Services is a comprehensive solution that addresses the critical product data component of e-commerce initiatives.
