The CommitCRM professional services automation (PSA) software solution for small to medium-sized IT businesses will integrate with GFI MAX hosted RMM and anti-virus software.
Both solutions are geared towards automating and expediting the workflows of IT support companies and MSPs.
According to Seattle PI, the integration gives MSPs the power to sync GFI MAX Site and Device information with CommitCRM Accounts and Assets in real-time, saving them time and reducing duplicate and data entry errors.
