CommProve has signed a distribution agreement with the Jasco Group in Africa.
Through the agreement, Jasco will become a distributor of CommProve's solutions, and the contract includes support, as well as integration.
According to Lars Pedersen, CommProve CEO, the partnership demonstrates CommProve's commitment to Africa.
“Africa is a very important market for us,” said Pedersen of the agreement.
A provider of network monitoring and business solutions for mobile networks, Ireland-headquartered CommProve enables mobile network operators (MNOs) to facilitate financial performance, experience and network performance using real-time cell awareness.
The company's portfolio comprises a real-time data acquisition and mediation platform, CommProve NetLedge, and the CommProve Insight application suite, which collects and analyses network usage information, integrating it with business rules and subscriber data.
“CommProve is a leader in real-time monitoring solutions and we're excited to be signing the agreement with them to support mobile network operators more widely in the region,” said Mark van Vuuren, MD of Jasco ICT.
Key focus areas for the Jasco Group include ICT, industry solutions and energy solutions.
The company has a national footprint across Africa, recently expanding its operations into Central Africa with the formation of Jasco Congo, a subsidiary company with local shareholders in the region, and later entering into a partnership agreement with Warid Congo.
“We're pleased to be partnering with Jasco with their extensive experience in the region. We look forward to working with Jasco to further support our customers as needed,” Pederson said.
