CommScope Enterprise Solutions launches newly enhanced BusinessPartner programme

CommScope Enterprise Solutions (formerly SYSTIMAX), a division of CommScope, Inc (NYSE:CTV), today officially launched its new 2008 BusinessPartner programme.

CommScope - the global leader in network infrastructure solutions - believes that selecting the right infrastructure solution is only one part of a customer's decision-making process; choosing a qualified company to implement the solution is equally important.

In restructuring its current BusinessPartner programme and by adding more options for its customers, CommScope has designed the new programme to deliver global consistency and meet the changing customer requirements across the world.

The programme accomplishes this by recognising BusinessPartners that demonstrate industry-leading levels of skill, capability, knowledge and technical expertise.

CommScope has structured its BusinessPartner programme to offer three levels of partners - Authorised, Prestige and Elite - based on the different service offerings, skills and expertise across the CommScope portfolio of solutions, explained Dubai-based Laura Kelly, Regional Marketing Manager, Middle East, Pakistan and Africa.

"While CommScope and its BusinessPartners, regardless of level, have an unrelenting commitment to the highest standards of quality, performance and reliability, the new structure provides customers a clear view of different levels of expertise and options targeted to meet their specific needs and requirements," she added.

In addition to the creation of the Elite tier, CommScope is launching new training, marketing programmes and services to expand the support services for its BusinessPartner programme members. These new features will help BusinessPartners build customer relationships and differentiate themselves in the market.
