Computer Corporation's hardware distribution agreement with Altech Autopage Cellular is reaping excellent sales benefits, according to Computer Corp marketing director Jan Minnie.
The agreement sees the 150 outlets in the Autopage Cellular chain offering consumers Computer Corp vouchers when they buy new contracts, phones and accessories.
Consumers can redeem the vouchers at any Computer Corporation outlet nationwide, says the IT franchise firm.
"We are seeing sales increasing due to this new agreement, with the impact of the critical mass of Autopage's 150 outlets," Minnie says.
"We believe that we are going to see a significant impact on our revenues over the next few months."
Minnie says the value of the vouchers ranges from R400 to R2 500, depending on the kind of contract or purchase the Autopage Cellular customer makes.
"This is an annual multimillion-rand deal at the end of the day," he says.
