Johannesburg, 08 Jul 2002

Companies around the world are turning to information delivery to ensure they can connect with their customers, prospects, partners and employees over the Internet. This is the report from Actuate Corporation, the acknowledged leader in the enterprise information delivery market.

Represented in SA by Comparex Africa Customer Oriented Applications (COA), Actuate helps companies of any size deliver and manipulate corporate information throughout the enterprise and beyond.

"Enterprise information delivery is becoming the new, proactive face of business intelligence," says Rodney Hood, managing executive of Comparex Africa COA. "It provides the underpinning for strategic initiatives such as CRM and collaborative commerce."

To gain an idea of how companies are employing enterprise information delivery, Actuate interviewed a number of large users of its solution suite. These are its findings.
