Comparex Africa was recently awarded the 2004 Cisco Customer Advocacy Award for the Russia, Middle East and Africa region - the only African partner to achieve this accolade.
Brian Tarr, operations executive for Comparex Africa networks division, says: "The Customer Advocacy Award is proof of Comparex Africa`s ability to sell all-encompassing solutions to our clients. The key differentiator here is our ability to offer more than just a box-dropping service and we are delighted that Cisco has recognised our commitment."
"Comparex Africa has become the only IQ partner in SA, proof of their commitment and dedication to Cisco. They have consistently sold services into what is acknowledged to be a very challenging arena, going from strength to strength and achieving the first significant sale of advanced services on advanced technology," says Reza Mahdavi, Cisco Systems Vice-President for Europe, Middle-East and Africa
In addition, Comparex Africa has also been recognised as the Cisco 2004 `Gold Partner of the Year` for SA.
"Comparex Africa`s aim was to drive the sale of Cisco`s Advanced Technology in the region and we are especially pleased that this was achieved in our expanding African market. These awards clearly acknowledge Comparex Africa as a partner of choice when it comes to innovative networking solutions," Tarr concludes.
