Comparex Africa Networks, the networking division of Comparex Africa, was recently recognised as the Cisco Solution Partner of the Year for the Eastern Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at the Global 2002 Cisco Partner Summit held recently in Florida, US.
Comparex Africa Networks was also awarded the Outstanding Customer Satisfaction Award for SA, following its performance on the Cisco customer satisfaction surveys.
Commenting on the awards, Reza Mahdavi, vice president for Cisco Eastern and Central Europe, Near East, Middle East and Africa (EEMEA), said: "Comparex Africa Networks` impressive business models and marketing strategies successfully embrace the concept of Cisco`s iQ partner programme to give them excellent customer relationships."
The Outstanding Customer Satisfaction Award requires that Cisco`s client satisfaction targets are met or exceeded and are not automatically awarded per country. The survey is conducted by Walker Information, an independent US-based global market research company. Comparex Africa Networks achieved the highest rating in SA.
