The IT Group has initiated the roll out of the Siebel V7.5"Sales Force Automation" project.
This will facilitate an improvement in sales service effectiveness for the benefit of their customers.
By providing the organization with a "single view" of customer sales opportunities, corporate management will be able to consolidate their view of a customer, across the diversified business units within the Comparex organization, and be effectively equipped to leverage value to customer needs.
It will also provide the company with the capability to streamline its sales forecasting process.
