Computer Associates International, Inc. (CA), the world`s leading eBusiness solutions provider, has announced the immediate availability of eTrust Policy Compliance 7.2, an enhanced version of CA`s Policy Compliance Manager. eTrust Policy Compliance enables organizations to keep eBusiness systems in line with industry best-practices and corporate security policies designed to reduce the risk of eBusiness security breaches.
eTrust Policy Compliance is designed to periodically scan platforms and applications for conformance with the latest security advisories from industry groups such as CERT and operating system vendors. It also enables a baseline to be defined that reflects an eBusiness` required policy.

eTrust Policy Compliance provides an interactive GUI which allows management staff to select the level of security they want to apply and schedule audits across groups of multiple machines. Correction scripts are automatically generated to resolve issues that are discovered by eTrust Policy Compliance.
