Computer Initiatives, a Great Plains value added reseller, and Ed Evans and Associates (EE&A) have recently merged their Great Plains operations. This merger will create a substantially stronger company within the Great Plains channel.
Ed Evans, Managing Director of Ed Evans and Associates, says, "EE&A has worked with a number of Great Plains distributors, assisting clients and consulting staff to identify requirements and to install new systems successfully. The special skills required to integrate third party products and other software to the Great Plains modules, have also been developed and refined by EE&A over the past two years. I am confident that the synergy of the two companies will ultimately strengthen the skills within the company and prove to be a very important asset."

Ed Evans has operated EE&A since 1998, specialising in the project management of Great Plains installations. He has considerable experience in the management of large IT projects in the mining, manufacturing, on-line services and financial sectors, and brings marketing and management skills to Computer Initiatives. All of these skills will greatly benefit the Great Plains division."
