User authentication can occur through LDAP, existing electronic security systems, or from within OptimalView itself. The same information is delivered in any format to meet the viewing requirements of individuals.
The solution helps leverage investments made in existing applications, providing a single point of access to Web-enabled (such as JSP, ASP, XML, PERL) and non-Web enabled applications.
Native support for mainframe-based middleware used by legacy CICS and IMS applications are delivered, allowing an organisation to effectively integrate its portal with legacy back-end processes.
